Duke Of Uke - UPDATE

I wanted to alert you all to the fact that yesterday I received a detailed and heartfelt apology from Matthew Reynolds, Director of Duke Of Uke.

Matthew has apologied profusely for the poor service level, and, importantly, understands and accepts what went wrong on both occasions.  This is good to hear, particularly that I have not been fobbed off or simply ignored totally.

He understands that the website / online ordering part of his business is not up to scratch and advises that a new site is being prepared - that has to be good news.

My comments about Duke Of Uke were posted because I believe that is part of what blogs are about - spreading my own thoughts for the interest and benefit of others.

I dont, however, hold a grudge and always accept real apologies.

Its therefore only fair that I update you on this and advise you all that Duke Of Uke are looking to set things straight.
